"What a wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with friendly and genuine care. Tanya made me feel welcome straight away and took the time to explain all the room's features, which was greatly appreciated. The villa is modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The large shower was a highlight, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the villa was despite being so close to local shops. I slept incredibly well and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. "We were booked into Villa La Sini for a boxing event called Battle at Yeppoon so didn't know what to expect and it was our first time in Yeppoon. After arriving from Rockhampton airport by taxi, we got to the motel right in the centre of town. The lovely receptionist Tanya greeted us with a big smile and welcomed us into our room straight away. When we walked in we were amazed how the whole room was designed, like a luxury beach apartment. It's beautiful with everything so nice and well laid out. A perfect size for the two of us to relax and enjoy for our weekend stay. On top of this, location is perfect with walking distance to the local shopping centre across the road and a 10 minute walk to the stunning waterfront where you will find the cafes and restaurants. Further down is the Yeppoon lagoon which is literally a big outdoor infinity pool with a bar and restaurant, lifeguards and all free!! Amazing!! The owner of the Villas, Justin was also so friendly and welcoming showing us the amazing things to do around the area and also offered to take us around if required. Talk about hospitality to the next level! Extremely impressed with his kindness to look after us during our stay and welcoming us to come back again. This is the perfect spot to stay so you can easily explore the beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back soon and thank you to Justin and his awesome team for taking care of us :)"

"An awesome surprise in finding Villa La Sini. The team there are so welcoming and helpful as I checked in and when actually booking. Location is terrific short walk to shopping centre and a good coffee shop. The room I had is so comfortable and every convenience handy, roomy and a great shower. I actually can truthfully say it’s been a lovely stay."
