Cancellations and Refunds
- Standard bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of accommodation.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
- Non-refundable rates or special promotions may have different cancellation conditions.
How to Cancel
To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us directly by phone or email as soon as possible. We recommend keeping a record of your cancellation confirmation.
Third-Party Bookings
If you booked through a third-party platform (such as Booking.com, Expedia, or similar), please cancel through that platform directly as their terms and conditions may apply.
Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), please contact us to discuss your options. We will work with you to find a suitable solution where possible.
