I was referred to Villa La Sini by a local business while looking for a place in Yeppoon for the weekend. At one point, I thought I would have to leave town and stay elsewhere. But Justin and Kelly managed to accommodate me for a few nights, and I was truly impressed by the place. The facilities are very nice and modern-looking. The room is comfortable, and the bed is amazing. They really thought of every detail; every little thing has been carefully taken care of. And to top it all off, the customer service is excellent. From the moment you step in to check in or even to inquire (I was a walk-in customer), they are warm and super friendly. They make you feel at home and, most importantly, welcomed. A lot of places could learn from what these guys are doing.They deliver a genuine local customer service to everyone. I definitely recommend Villa La Sini—I would give it 6 stars if I could. Now, guess I will stay here whenever I come back to Yeppoon? And guess where I will recommend my friends to stay? Thanks for the stay, guys!

I cannot express how perfect this place is. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by the owners with such a genuine and warm welcome. The villa was absolutely beautiful and so clean. The air conditioner was running in our room for our arrival and the fold out sofa beautifully made and presented for our son. A lot of thought and love has gone into planning and executing these beautiful rooms. Location is central and everything you need is within easy reach. We will definitely be returning. Cannot recommend enough.

We stayed in the Deluxe Queen Room at Villa La Sini over the weekend and I was so impressed! The locality of our stay came in super handy and we had everything we needed within the room. It was Valentine’s Day and staff also included a valentine treat! The room was welcoming with the aircon on ready for our arrival. These rooms are beautiful! Modern & private, perfect for any type of getaway! Thanks Justin, we will be back!

Loved everything about this new motel. The decor is perfect, the bed is so comfy. Great air con & shower. Our daughter lives just 4 houses from here so location for us is perfect. Its walking distance to the shops and beach. We booked 3 rooms to accommodate family members and they are happy with everything too. Thank you Kelly and co for a perfect getaway over Christmas with our family.

My partner and I stayed here with our parents for an Christmas part nearby and absolutely loved it. Beautiful rooms, small, compact and very clean. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and shower spacious. The design of how all the rooms are set together is also done well, as it allows for a nice afternoon breeze. Central location makes getting a bite to eat easy, and is also prime for people who come to town with a boat with room nearby to park. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
