My family and I will definitely be back, they were amazing and very accomodating! We stayed in a Deluxe Queen and a Villa and the rooms were amazing, clean and modern - can’t wait to come back and stay a bit longer!

I cannot praise the service and assistance that Justin and his wife have extended to us highly enough after our motorhome broke down. We had to wait for a week whilst repairs were completed and their help was invaluable. The premises are clean and modern and close to shops, pubs and supermarkets. I would highly recommend staying here. It should be noted that I do not normally post reviews!!

Rooms are absolutely beautiful and clean and spacious. Justin and his lovely wife are incredibly accommodating with their family run business. Best villas ever.

Great little place to stay, very clean and tidy. I'd say it's like brand new. Parking right outside your door. Friendly & helpful staff. Perfect for a little overnight stay. Bathroom is WOW the tiles😳 beautiful. I wish my bathroom looked like this, only bigger of course. Very quiet place to stay. You can walk to the restaurants pubs and shops. The villa isn't huge and we were only staying overnight so that was not an issue. Almost perfect.

The rooms are brand new, beautifully presented, and finished to a high standard. They were spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect, very central to town and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, brand new villa unit with great service

I recently had a one night stay with my daughter for a football carnival we were attending. Right from the moment I pulled up outside the office the managers were so genuinely welcoming. Justin even noticed that my daughter was on crutches following a footy injury, and gave us a bag of ice for her. The motel rooms themselves were spotless, with lovely toiletries, a beautiful shower, and nice hot water. The bed was very comfortable! These guys have done an amazing job setting up this motel, and we will be back for sure. 😊

Had a night away at Villa La Sini and honestly couldn't fault it. ​The rooms are beautiful, really nicely done, and the bed is seriously comfy. It gets pitch black in there, which was perfect for a massive sleep-in without the sun waking you up at the crack of dawn. ​The location is spot on and makes getting around super easy. To top it off, the owners are total legends. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and couldn't do enough for us while we were there. ​Such a good vibe, we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

We stayed at Villa La Sini for one night while attending a wedding in Yeppoon, and it exceeded all our expectations. I booked through a third-party booking site and the communication was fantastic from the beginning. I enquired about an early check-in before the wedding, and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. They arranged an early check-in and even offered to drive us to the wedding using their courtesy transport, which was so thoughtful. After enjoying ourselves a little too much at the wedding, they were also kind enough to let us have a late check-out the next morning, which we really appreciated. The room was beautifully renovated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well thought out, and you can genuinely tell the owners have poured their heart and soul into creating a place where guests feel welcome and cared for. There were so many thoughtful little touches, including makeup wipes in the room, which I had completely forgotten to pack. They came in so handy for removing my wedding makeup before bed. The location is also fantastic. We were able to easily walk around town. We actually considered extending our stay for another night. The kindness and genuine care shown by the owners stood out and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Villa La Sini. The property was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The owner, Justin, introduced himself to us by name, took the time to get to know us, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. He even offered to drive us to our event, compliments of him, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It's rare to find such personal service these days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return!

I recently stayed at Villa La Sini in Yeppoon and had a great experience. The accommodation was clean, fresh, and very well presented. The room was comfortable and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay, with all facilities readily available and maintained to a high standard. The location is excellent, being very central to town and close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. What really stood out was the customer service. Brand spanking new! Thoughfully appointed rooms with attention to the stuff you really need overnight or longer stays from the ironingboard drop down cupboard to makeup wipes included in Toiletries. Wow factor walking in to see beautiful photography of favourite local spots on the walls.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Only stayed one night while passing through Yeppoon, but honestly couldn’t fault the place. The owner was super friendly and made everything really easy from the moment we arrived. The motel is brand new and it shows. Really clean, fresh, and set up nicely. All the appliances and fittings are good quality, which makes a difference. Great spot too, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Just had a fantastic 2-night stay and honestly wish we could have stayed longer! The family-owned atmosphere really shines through it’s warm, welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests always up for a chat and a check-in. The rooms were spotless and felt like a true home away from home, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect too within easy walking distance to the shopping centre, Cinema, great cafes, bottle shop, and a pub serving delicious meals. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed and friendly place to stay!

We had such a great stay at this caravan park in Yeppoon! The location was absolutely perfect — super central and within easy walking distance to everything we needed, including Coles, the pub, and plenty of food options. It made the whole trip so convenient and stress-free. The staff really stood out — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Our room was spotless when we arrived and stayed that way throughout our visit, which made it feel really comfortable and relaxing. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for what you get, especially considering the location and quality. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’d definitely come back again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Yeppoon!

Brand new villas, absolutely beautiful modern room! Large shower with large overhead showerhead and also a handheld shower head. A medium sized fridge with a freezer which can hold a couple of days worth of food for 2 people. Good size table and comfy chairs to have your meals, large flat screen TV with a wide variety of channels. A super quiet air conditioner, large comfy queen bed, also touch lamps at each size of bed so no fumbling in the dark for the light. Different types of mood lighting, you can sit and read or have low lights for a change of mood. There is parking directly in front of villa (reverse parking skills needed) or nose in parking close by. Only minor issue is there is only one entrance/exit so need to turn around to leave. Super quiet area, easy to find, very close to shopping centre and the beach isn't far either. Was greeted as i arrived so didn't have to go and look for someone. Will certainly be going back.

I was referred to Villa La Sini by a local business while looking for a place in Yeppoon for the weekend. At one point, I thought I would have to leave town and stay elsewhere. But Justin and Kelly managed to accommodate me for a few nights, and I was truly impressed by the place. The facilities are very nice and modern-looking. The room is comfortable, and the bed is amazing. They really thought of every detail; every little thing has been carefully taken care of. And to top it all off, the customer service is excellent. From the moment you step in to check in or even to inquire (I was a walk-in customer), they are warm and super friendly. They make you feel at home and, most importantly, welcomed. A lot of places could learn from what these guys are doing.They deliver a genuine local customer service to everyone. I definitely recommend Villa La Sini—I would give it 6 stars if I could. Now, guess I will stay here whenever I come back to Yeppoon? And guess where I will recommend my friends to stay? Thanks for the stay, guys!

I cannot express how perfect this place is. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by the owners with such a genuine and warm welcome. The villa was absolutely beautiful and so clean. The air conditioner was running in our room for our arrival and the fold out sofa beautifully made and presented for our son. A lot of thought and love has gone into planning and executing these beautiful rooms. Location is central and everything you need is within easy reach. We will definitely be returning. Cannot recommend enough.

We stayed in the Deluxe Queen Room at Villa La Sini over the weekend and I was so impressed! The locality of our stay came in super handy and we had everything we needed within the room. It was Valentine’s Day and staff also included a valentine treat! The room was welcoming with the aircon on ready for our arrival. These rooms are beautiful! When I booked I got directed into the caravan park. I thought I’d booked the wrong place until I was greeted by Kelly. Quick check in and she took me to my room! Boy! What an amazing surprise. These units a well appointed with all brand new modern facilities and style. I can rate this place enough. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Across the road from Coles, Cinema, restaurant and a 15 minute stroll to the beachfront. Definitely worth booking!

Loved everything about this new motel. The decor is perfect, the bed is so comfy. Great air con & shower. Our daughter lives just 4 houses from here so location for us is perfect. Its walking distance to the shops and beach. We booked 3 rooms to accommodate family members and they are happy with everything too. Thank you Kelly and co for a perfect getaway over Christmas with our family.

My partner and I stayed here with our parents for an Christmas part nearby and absolutely loved it. Beautiful rooms, small, compact and very clean. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and shower spacious. The design of how all the rooms are set together is also done well, as it allows for a nice afternoon breeze. Central location makes getting a bite to eat easy, and is also prime for people who come to town with a boat with room nearby to park. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
