My partner and I stayed here with our parents for a Christmas party nearby and absolutely loved it. Beautiful rooms, small, compact and very clean. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and shower spacious. Central location makes getting a bite to eat easy. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Loved everything about this new motel. The decor is perfect, the bed is so comfy. Great air con & shower. Its walking distance to the shops and beach.

The room we stayed in seemed like it was brand new. It was spotlessly clean, well laid out and comfortable. Bathroom was a great size. It was a hot day and they had the aircon already running when we got there. Also, we couldn't hear any noise from other rooms.

I recently stayed at Villa La Sini in Yeppoon, and I just have to share how wonderful my experience was! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home.

We stayed at Villa La Sini last night and it was great. The rooms are newly built and have everything you can think of! The place was spotless! Staff were also lovely and were able to give us a better rate than online third parties.

Kellie was exceptionally helpful accommodating us at short notice. The cabin was beautifully fitted out. Spotless, inviting and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Rooms are very modern and very clean. Lovely well appointed bathroom. Comfy bed. Nice big TV. Great location short walk to shops, cafes, Coles and the beachfront. Highly recommend, staff extremely friendly and helpful.
